• Enter the first and last name of the person signing their name to the letter.

• Then enter their mailing address, phone number and email address into the appropriate specified fields. You will then be asked to select a specific section of the Times that the letter is addressing – leave the option "editorial page" selected.

• You will then enter the title of the letter as the subject into the specified field.

• Then, copy and paste the full text of the letter into the field labeled "Letter"

• Click the box to check "I’m not a robot"

• Review for any errors and if none, click "submit my letter."
